1. Booking and Reservations
. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card/Debit Card/Netbanking/Upi .
. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the rate plan selected.
Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
2. Check-In and Check-Out

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after the specified window or no-shows will be charged [full amount] of the booking value.
Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed.
4. Identification and Registration
A government-issued photo ID used for the booking must be presented at check-in.
The name on the ID must match the reservation.
5. Occupancy Limits
Maximum room occupancy must not be exceeded.
Children and extra guests must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests or rollaway beds.
6. House Rules
Pets are [allowed].
Illegal activities, damage to property, or disturbance to other guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
7. Damage and Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings. Please use the in-room safe for valuables.
8. Liability Disclaimer
The hotel is not responsible for injury or accidents occurring on premises due to guest negligence.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.
9. Payment and Charges
All prices are listed in [INR] and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
Incidental charges (e.g., minibar, room service, damage fees) will be billed to the credit card on file.
10. Privacy Policy
Guest information is collected for booking and customer service purposes for 6 months

11. Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or labor strikes.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the stay shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country] and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City/Region].
